Deep domain expertise in Owner’s Engineer (OE) services, WTG Engineering, EYAs, TSA negotiation and execution, FEED design and delivery, and full-lifecycle project technical due diligence. Proven leadership in driving cross-functional engineering teams, optimizing asset energy yield, de-risking project pipelines, and aligning complex technical scopes with commercial and investment strategy. Experienced in interfacing with OEMs, investors, and developers to advance bankable, technically sound, and commercially optimized renewable energy portfolios.

AI & Data Science Expert | Wind Energy Engineer

Dimitrios Bizopoulos

Dimitrios Bizopoulos is a data scientist and machine learning consultant with a robust background in AI-driven optimization across health tech, clean energy, and software platforms. With a Master’s in Wind Energy Engineering from DTU and a foundation in mechanical engineering, Dimitrios bridges scientific rigor with real-world impact.

At Pfizer, he played a pivotal role in leading AI modeling for quality assurance and control (QA/QC) across the entire AI-enhanced supply chain, driving innovations in pharmaceutical logistics and reliability. He has also delivered data science solutions for companies like Dixa, Schultz A/S, RelinkLabs, and startups in health and HR tech.

Currently, Dimitrios works with OptikosPrime and consults with several AI-first ventures, applying his expertise in MLOps, NLP, and statistical modeling to optimize decision-making and systems performance.

Floating Wind Specialist | Load Engineering Leader

Christos Galinos

Christos Galinos is a leading offshore wind systems engineer with a strong specialization in floating wind technologies. With a career spanning over a decade and MSc degrees from DTU and TU Delft, he has consistently been at the forefront of innovation in wind energy systems design and analysis.

At Stiesdal Offshore Technologies, Christos led the load engineering for the pioneering TetraSpar and TetraSub floating foundation concepts, driving forward industrialized solutions for scalable and cost-effective floating wind. His work included aero-hydro-elastic simulations, multibody dynamics, prototype validation, and site-specific design for major clients—positioning him as a technical authority in floating platform performance and optimization.

Previously, at Vattenfall, he contributed to offshore wind development as an Advanced Metocean & Loads Engineer, focusing on wind farm lifetime fatigue analysis, AEP modeling, and technical due diligence. His early research with DNV helped shape certification approaches for vertical axis wind turbines, showcasing his long-standing commitment to advancing novel wind technologies.

A natural innovator, Christos blends analytical precision with creative engineering, building smart systems that push the boundaries of offshore renewables.
